Great experience, the whole staff was very nice and welcoming. In specific, Karla, very polite and professional made us feel like we were in a safe place. Since the moment we called to schedule a family of 4 the service through her was incredible.

Prior to coming to this center, I called after trying to find a dentist(Endodontist) for my 11 year old daughter. The insurance company specifically referred me there for a root canal for her. When I called I told them my daughter's age and they told me that they can take her since it's an adult tooth. When I got there they took us in pretty quickly. I had my daughter's recent xrays sent over so that they can see what's going on. The assistant who took us in was hesitant at first saying that he needed to go over with the doctor given her age. He came back in and said the doctor said to proceed with the xrays but he wanted to aak because he doesnt usually do root canals at that age group. I asked the assistant is he sure he can do it and is he kid friendly? He said YES. When Dr Kaci came out he then said he CANNOT do it because he would need an endodontist to do this work. Now they could see from the Xrays that I gave them from the other clinic what was clearly going on because when Dr Kaci saw them at first glance, he told me that she will need to see an endodontist but he wanted to finish his xrays that he was currently doing. They were one of the few places that took my insurance. I constantly felt rushed to make decisions that we're going to be very important over my lifetime. I needed a lot of work done and I have to admit they did get everything they could out of my insurance. And I didn't have to pay much out of a pocket. So I really don't have much to complain about. Its just that the dentist was very rough when he worked on me. When he put in my final caps he refused to use any kind of local anesthetic, even though I requested it. He refused stating, I would not feel any pain. To be clear I did not feel much pain, but when his drill slipped and hit my gums, and when he rammed flosss between each tooth I wanted to scream and there was hot/cold discomfort as well. Just slow down its my mouth not small block chevy. I knew this would happen, which is why I asked for a local anesthetic. I am happy with the results. My teeth look great but he needs to work on his bedside manner. It's hard to find a dentist that takes 1199 so if you have 1199 hes probably your best bet. Just try to be a bit pushier than I was.

Great experience!!! Front desk helpful and pleasant. The assistant that took my X-rays was patient because I have a gag reflex issue. The hygienist was very informative and caring. The dentist also was very gentle and informative. I felt very comfortable and look forward to returning to continue my treatment.
